Delete your account.
The fastest route is inside the app. This form exists for people who no longer have the app installed. Either way, deletion is permanent.
Request deletion from the web
We verify that you own the account email before anything is removed.
Request received.
We have emailed you an acknowledgement with your request ID. We will then reply from hello@stackforgestudios.com to confirm you own the account before anything is deleted. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Keep your request ID.
Delete inside the app
- 1Open PlateStack and sign in.
- 2Go to Settings.
- 3Open Account and Security.
- 4Tap Delete account, then confirm.
What gets deleted
- Profile and account details
- Food, workout, cardio, habit, and body records
- Personal records, streaks, XP, levels, and achievements
- Saved foods, recipes, food and progress photos, and Coach history
- Squad memberships and account-linked activity
What may be kept
Billing records held by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat follow their own retention policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel it in App Store or Google Play settings first. We may keep limited records that the law, fraud prevention, tax, or security require.
Requests are processed within 30 days of verification. Most active account data is removed sooner.
