Common questions.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel through the store you bought from. On iPhone: Settings, tap your name, Subscriptions, PlateStack. On Android: Google Play, tap your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, PlateStack. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. You keep Premium until the period you already paid for ends.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, open Settings, then Account and Security, then delete your account. You can also start at platestackapp.com/delete-account. Deletion removes your logs, records, and profile. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Open Settings, then Export to CSV, to share CSV files of your food logs, workouts, and body weight. For a full copy of everything linked to your account, open Settings, then Account and Security, then Request data export.

My AI scan credits did not refresh.

Credits reset monthly and decrement only after a successful scan. A failed scan should not cost anything. If the count still looks wrong, email us with your account email and roughly when it happened.

The AI got my meal wrong.

It will sometimes. Every estimate is editable before you save it. Correct the values, then log it. If one food is consistently wrong, tell us which one.

My streak broke and I logged that day.

A streak needs one logged action each day, such as a meal, strength workout, or water entry. A weight entry or cardio session alone does not extend it. PlateStack asks before using a Streak Shield. If you logged a qualifying action and still lost the streak, email us the date.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not sell your data or use it to track you across other apps or websites.

Is PlateStack on Android?

Yes. PlateStack is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Health data connects through Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android.
