Lifting on Starter.
Sets, templates, PRs, and the rest timer never expire.
What can you log in a PlateStack workout?
Weight, reps, and RIR on every set, marked warmup, working, or drop. Supersets too. The next set always shows what you did last time.
Built for one thumb and ninety seconds of rest: fewer taps per set means more of the session gets logged.
-
Exercise library
Filter by equipment, or add your own exercise when the library does not have it.
-
Rest timer and plate calculator
The timer keeps running on the Lock Screen through Live Activities on iPhone.
-
Automatic PRs
Personal records are detected as you log, with a one-rep-max view per exercise.
How do routines and templates work?
Start from a Quick Start routine, a built-in split, or your own template. Your next planned day is waiting on the Train tab.
Want a plan drafted? Coach drafts an editable plan from your goals and equipment: 3 of your 5 monthly AI credits on Starter, included with Premium.
Can I keep my old training history?
Yes. Import from Strong, Hevy, or any CSV and your past sessions join the same history.
Cardio lives there too: 14 activity types plus Other, and on Android, Health Connect imports workouts from your watch or running app. Food and bodyweight sit beside it: see food and workouts in one app.
How does PlateStack show training progress?
Volume trends, a PR board, strength balance, a muscle map, and a summary after every session. Tap a trend to see the sessions behind it.
The daily score rewards logging a workout, not lifting a number. A deload day counts the same as a heavy one.
Workout log questions.

- Does the workout log have ads?
